This Privacy Policy explains how Syntrix Automation ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://www.syntrixautomation.com or contact us.
Information we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number, message, preferred appointment time, and your SMS consent choices (service and marketing, recorded separately with the date, time, and phone number of consent). We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and analytics.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide our services
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you of appointments
- To send text messages you have consented to (see below)
- To send email about your request and, where permitted, our services
- To operate, secure, and improve our website
SMS / text messaging
We send service text messages to people who opt in using the service checkbox, and marketing text messages only to people who separately opt in using the optional marketing checkbox. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or contact us at damien@syntrixautomation.com or 971-444-6022.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, website hosting, CRM, email, and SMS delivery providers), solely to provide services to you, and as required by law. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. The SMS restriction above applies in all cases.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing damien@syntrixautomation.com. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP and out of emails using the unsubscribe link.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
