These Terms of Service govern your use of https://www.syntrixautomation.com and services provided by Syntrix Automation. By using the site or our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Syntrix Automation provides business automation services, including CRM setup, AI chat and voice agents, automated follow-up, and related consulting. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are set out in your proposal or agreement.
SMS terms: Syntrix Automation SMS
- Program name: Syntrix Automation SMS.
- Message types: Service messages, including replies to your request, appointment confirmations, and reminders, sent if you check the service texts box. Marketing messages, including offers and updates, sent only if you separately check the marketing texts box.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Payments and cancellation
Setup fees are due before work begins. Advertising spend (for example Google, Meta or other ad platform budgets) is not included in plan fees and is paid directly to the ad platforms or billed separately. Monthly plans renew automatically and may be cancelled after the initial 90-day term with 30 days' written notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site or services, attempt unauthorized access, or use our services to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
Intellectual property
Site content is owned by Syntrix Automation. You own your business data and accounts.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntrix Automation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
