How we collect SMS consent
Syntrix Automation collects text-message consent through two separate, optional, unchecked checkboxes on our website forms: one for service texts and one for marketing texts.

Program details
- Program name: Syntrix Automation SMS
- Service texts: replies to your request, appointment confirmations, and reminders.
- Marketing texts: offers and updates, sent only to people who separately check the marketing box.
- Both checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Forms submit without either box checked.
- Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
